Note: These delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

Processing Times

We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Orders take 1–2 business days to process after being placed before they are shipped out.

Tracking Your Order

Once your items have been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, and the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, your postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

Unexpected Delays

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing or local delivery issues beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us at info@holstrbelt.com, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to incorrect details, absent receiver, or refusal to collect the package, it will be returned to Holstr at the customer’s expense. This expense includes shipping and any additional return costs incurred. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Items Not Received but Marked as Delivered

Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for items that are tracked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your item, please contact us at info@holstrbelt.com and we will assist in investigating the issue.
